Assessment
A comprehensive communication re-evaluation report for a school age child. Measures included a standardized articulation test, standardized language test, pure-tone audiometry, and informal sample analysis. Written by me and supervisor Cassie Callaghan, M.A., CCC-SLP in 2019.
Includes an MBS report, recommendations, rehabilitation program, SOAP note, and discharge summary for dysphagia patient. Written by me and reviewed by supervisor Dr. Erin Kamarunas in 2018.
Intervention
A SOAP note documenting a 50-minute session with a preschool-age client. Written by me and reviewd by supervisor Amy Svensson, CCC-SLP in 2019 for CSD 583 (Speech Practicum - Pediatric Placement).

A simple handout illustrating the common speech and language differences between African American Vernacular English (AAVE) and Standard American English dialects. Written by me in 2020.

Other Work Samples
An informal language evaluation tool I developed for children ages 5:0-5:11. Milestones collected from Washington state kindergarten education standards, the CDC, and peer-reviewed research articles.
To help prospective Master's in SLP students navigate the stressful and competitive admissions process, I interviewed my program director, Dr. Carol Dudding. "Stop Losing Sleep Over Grad Applications—10 Pieces of Advice" was published by NSSLHA on October 22nd, 2019 (and later included in the top ten posts of the year!).
